Wooly Maker Faire uses ArtCall.org, an online entry submission software, to manage applications. Payments will be processed through Stripe, a third party billing and processing agent. (For more information about Stripe, please see ArtCall.org Terms & Conditions.) To begin your application, register with ArtCall.org by selecting "+Register" in the upper right corner. After you have registered, apply to Wooly Maker Faire 2016 by selecting "My Applications" in the upper right corner. Only ONE application will be permitted per registered user.

November 5-6, 2016 12-4pm 20 North Main Street Gainesville, FL 32601 Fees: $5 registration fee $45 for one day $65 for both days Step-by-step INSTRUCTIONS for WMF's new application form are listed below. 1. Choose a CATEGORY.
2. "Title" is a required field. Because WMF does not require a "Title," enter your company's name in this field. 3. Upon form completion, you will be asked to pay a $5 application fee through Stripe. After you pay this fee, you will be able to upload your images. (For more information about Stripe, please see ArtCall.org Terms & Conditions.) 4. You are permitted to add three image attachments with your application. This portion of the application is THE MOST IMPORTANT. Due to the high volume of applications, it is critical that applicants include clear, well-lit photos that represent their work. If you are applying with a 2nd applicant, there should be an image that represents each of your work. Clearly label the image with each vendor's name. Applications without photos will not be considered. 5. You can log in to your application and make edits until the submission end date on 11/01/2016 @ midnight.
Submission end date 11/01/2016 @ midnight Late applications will not be accepted. No exceptions. Applicants will be notified November 2, 2016. We are unable to answer inquires regarding application status prior to sending final notifications.
